Rules & Regulations To Be Followed By Guests At The Jazminn
1. Check-in
Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law,
visitors must present personal documents for records.
2. Tariffs
The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals and
other services are available at extra cost.
3. Settlement of Bills
Bills must be settled on Check in, personal cheques are not accepted.
4. Departure
Check out time is Mandatory. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond Check out time.
The extension will be given depending on the availability.
5. Guest’s Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out, going to bed. The
Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s
belongings or any other property from the room or any other part of the room for any cause
whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
6. House Conduct
Guests are not allowed to play loud music keeping neighbours concern in view. Guest are requested
to smoke in balconies. The hosts of The Jazminn are dedicated to the protection of our planetss
resources and would encourage our guests to help us by Switching off lights, fans, Ac’s when not in
use and ensuring that taps/flush’s are always turned off after use.
7. House Keeping
The Guest shall inform us in advance as & when House Keeping is required. Housekeeping services
will be available from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. Guest should hand over the key to the reception to avail
this service.
8. Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or
hazardous nature and prohibited goods or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitee’s
visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by
such articles or as a result of the guests own negligence and non-observance of any instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs,
animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
9. Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves,
their guests or any person for whom they are responsible (this includes all utilities of the house such
as kitchenette, appliances, furniture and accessories). The cost for replacement of lost room keys or
damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of INR 1000 for lost keys and INR 5,000 for lock
replacement to be paid immediately. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a
respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises.
10. Management’s Rights
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the
Apartment forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and
the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management
has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
11. Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing here in above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-
tenancy, or any other right to interact in the Apartment premises or any part of portion thereof, in
favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full
and absolute possession of the whole of the premises.
12. Government rules and regulations and application of laws
Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws
and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
13. Refund policy
100% refund will be processed, if cancelled 15 days prior to the booking date.
50% if cancelled 7 days prior to the booking date, no refunds will be processed within 0 to 7 days
of booking. Rescheduling can be done one week prior to the check-in date.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR
AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A
PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
